Job Board Overview

An overview of the Job Board and how to navigate it.

The Jobs page in PlanHub allows you to add, manage, and track the progress of your active construction jobs.

You can use your Jobs Board to:

  • Easily convert the work you win in PlanHub to a Job. 
  • Create custom Jobs and Job Templates for recurring clients. 
  • Create schedules, tasks, and assign team members.
  • Communicate in PlanHub with your in-field team about the projects actively under construction.
  • Your team can report the hours they worked and upload receipts for materials.
  • Upload proof of work completed via photos and videos.
  • Track Project ROI.



Click on "Job Board" to get to your jobs:

 

Here you will see the Jobs you and your team have added to the Board. Each card represents a job. You can view your Jobs in the:

  • Board view
  • List View
  • Calendar view 

 

Use the Search bar to search for a Job(s) by name: 

 

Use the Filters to filter the Jobs by Status, Team Member, Client Name, Construction Type, Tags, and More.

Once you select your filters, click "Apply".

 

Click "Create Job" to add a job to your board. You can:

 

You can turn your Jobs into templates. To manage your job templates, click " Manage Job Templates". 

 

To access a job, click on the Job Name: 


The Job Board is best utilized when your team in the field is using the PlanHub Field App to log their labor, upload documents, and mark tasks as completed.
