How to access and update your company profile page.
1. Navigate to https://subcontractor.planhub.com and click on the Company Profile page in the navigation bar on the left.
2. There are four sections to the Company Profile page: Company Profile, Prequalification Form, Subscription, and Documents.
*Only Admins can make changes to the Company Profile, Subscription, and
Documents.
3. General Contractors (GCs) can and do look at your profiles when you show interest in one of their projects, you bid on a project, or if they are looking for a particular trade on an active project. A complete and up-to-date profile increases your company's visibility to General Contractors.
Click "Discover how GCs view your profile" to see how GCs see your profile.
4. Company Accounts can earn badges and the GCs look for these badges as indications of your project and tool access, your experience, and your availability.
• Here is what each of them means:
• Gold crown: Your company has purchased additional tools from PlanHub.
• Blue Hammer: Your company bids at least two projects per month on PlanHub. This is a great indicator that a company is looking for more work.
• Green checkmark: Your company has filled out the Prequalification form. This is an indicator of experience, professionalism, and reliability
5. To review, edit/update, or download your Prequalification Form click "Prequalification Form".
6. To edit click "Edit Prequalification Form". Click download to review or access your
Prequalification Form.
*Note: There are 8 sections of this form and all 8 must be filled out to earn that
badge.
7. To review your subscription details and terms, or update payment information
select "Subscription".
8. You can see your plan, start date, last plan paid amount, number of user seats,
plan access details, and review subscription terms
9. To view, download, or update the documents available to your team members
click "Documents".
10. To add a new folder click "+ Add Folder", to access the documents in a folder click on the folder.
