Settings | User and Company Profiles, Settings, Notifications, Subscriptions, and Team

This article will show General Contractors how to navigate their Settings page in PlanHub.

 

General Contractor Company Accounts in PlanHub include Profiles, subscriptions, and team members. Each account can have multiple users, each with their own specific Settings and Notifications based on their username (email address).

 

You can update your username's Settings and Notifications in your account's Settings page. 

From here, you can view and edit all of your PlanHub Account and Notification settings.

Updating Contact Details:

  • The informtion in the Account section is attached to any projects you post to PlanHub under that login. It is important to ensure your first and last name, profile picture/logo, and phone numbers are up to date.
    • You must contact PlanHub directly to request that your email address is changed. 

     

    Password:

    You can change your password by clicking on "Change Password", then providing your current password and your new password, then click “Save”. 

    If you cannot remember your password you can click "Forgot your passwrod?".

    Notifications:

    By default, almost all notifications are turned on to ensure that you receive an email anytime your project receives a new bid, anytime you receive a message from a subcontractor, anytime there's an RFI request, or any time that you make an update on a project.

    By default, new subcontractor registration notifications are turned off so you don't receive a large number of notifications when you first upload your subcontractor list. You can edit any of these notification settings in the Notifications section

     

    Company 

    Subcontactors and Supplier can and do look at your Company's profile. It is highly recomended that you fully fill out this section and keep this section up to date.

    • You will see a field labeled "Sharable Projects Page", this is a link to all you active public project postings on planHub, you can copy and share this link with anyone you would like. 

    You can provide and update any information about your business, including an updated description, company logo (attached to all the projects you post), and a link to your website. You can also change your address, the areas you service/are licenced, your construction sector, and your project building use. 

     

    Subscription:

    Your plan/membership details can be found in the Subscription. 

     

    Team:

    Lastly, your Team section allows you to see all the team members on your account and their rolls. Here you can send invites to your team members to join your Companies account.

    • If you are an Admin on your account you can manage your users rolls and delete team members as needed.

    To invite new team members, click the “Invite to PlanHub'' button. Enter their email address and click "Send". Once you click send, they will be sent an email invitation to create their own login credentials and join your company's account on PlanHub.
