How to find projects using filters and keyword searches on the leads page.

1. Navigate to https://subcontractor.planhub.com/leads/list
If. If you have already logged in, click on the Project Leads page in the menu to the left.
   A. Once there you will notice a filter automatically applied by default that accounts for your trades and plan coverage.
   B. The number of projects that align with any search terms or filters in place is provided next to the search bar.
   C. Below the search and filter is a list of projects on the board that align with your filters.

*Please note, that the Project Leads page is user-specific

 

2. To view or edit the saved filter currently in place click on the "filters" button.

 

3. To remove a filter selected click next to the filter.

 

4. To edit and save the edits to the current filter or create a new filter click "Edit Filters" 

 

5. Make any adjustments in the trades and locations and, if needed, click "More options".

 

6. If you wish to see the results before saving click "Apply without Saving". 

 

7. To save and update this filter's selections moving forward click "Save" and "Save" again in the next prompt.

 

8. To save as a new filter set click "Save" and "Create New" in the next prompt.

 

9. To see and access your filters click on the Filters drop down. You can see a list of prebuilt filters:
Private Invites: This is a list of your private project invites. This means a GC invited you specifically to a closed/private/locked plan room.
My Connections: Filters the project list to only projects posted by GCs you are following (this is a great way to target GCs)
Archived: Projects you have selected the Not Bidding button on.
Saved Filters: All filters you have created and saved under your username.

 

10. The search bar allows you to search for projects by name and scan documents for keywords.

To perform a keyword search or a project name search enter your search in the search bar. Use the enter key or click on the magnifying glass to the right of the search bar to perform the search.

 

11. Below are the projects that have a name/keyword alignment.
   A. Project name and link, click here to open the project.
   B. "# matches found" tells you the number of matches we found from the project details or the documentation that aligned with your search term.

        - Click "view results (#)" to see what we found that aligned with your search term.
   C. Indicates this is a PlanHub project or an imported project.
   D. Distance from your Coverage Zip code for your account's Company Profile.
   E. Project Bid Due date.

 

12. A window will pop up. If the project mentions the word in the name or description, it should be highlighted. If the files have the word(s) you searched for, you will see a list of documents and a count of the pages we found your word or phrase on.
Click "View File" to preview and see where your word was found on the documents. The "File Viewer" will open in a new tab.
If you need to download a file please do so in the Project Details Page by clicking on the project name in the list. 

 

13.  When performing a search you can adjust the sorting order of the results by clicking on the Sort Order button.

 

14. To save a project, add it to the planner, and get added to the GCs shortlist click on the Star icon.
You can see all your saved projects in the Planner on the "Estimates and Bids" page in the menu to the left.

 

15. Remove a project from your leads list, turn off notifications for that project, and let the GC know you will not be bidding by clicking on the "Not Bidding" symbol. 

 

16. To share a Project with someone via email click on the project line item in the list, then click the share icon in the Basic Project Information to the right of the project list.

 

17. Enter the email you wish to share this project within the "Enter an email" field.
Then click "Send" to send.

 

18.

   A. You can review the basic information regarding the project by clicking on the blank space for the project line item.
   B. The basic information will populate to the right.
   C. Click on the "View Project Files" Button provided in the Basic Project Information to the right of the project list to view the full project.
