PlanHub Page Navigation

This guide provides an overview of the basic navigation features in PlanHub. It explains the different pages available. Viewing this guide will help users navigate and utilize the various features of PlanHub effectively.

1. There are multiple pages in PlanHub:


Dashboard: Tracks your team's ITBs, saved leads, networking & connections, and the jobs you have added to your pipeline.
Network: This is a Directory where you can find and manage your company's contacts and connections. On each company, you can attach notes and documents and assign tasks. 
Project Finder: This is where you find Projects that have been posted by GCs on PlanHub that you may be able to bid on.

Bid Board: This page is where you and your team track the projects you have saved or imported and stay organized.

         • It has your company account's Bid Pipeline and the Bids you & your team have submitted in PlanHub.

Takeoff: This page has a list of all the projects you or your team have in the Takeoff & Estimation Tools.
Job Board: This page has your Job Board, which is a board you can use to track the projects you and your team are actively working on in the field.
          • Here you can get job details, track milestones, assign team members, upload and view documents, and chat with your team on each job on your board.
Team: You can view and manage your account's users.
Company Profile: Manage your company's profile, fill out or update the prequalification form, view/manage your subscription, and manage or access your company documents.

 

2. To view membership plans, upgrade, or add tools to your access, click "Pricing". 

 

3. Click on the message icon in the upper right-hand corner to access your Messages Center and conversations with General Contractors and Suppliers in PlanHub.

 

5. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and then "My Account" to access your Account Settings, update your contact details, and adjust your email notifications settings.
