How To Send Project Status Updates
Sharing project status updates as a general contractor can boost the number of bids you receive and keep your subcontractors and suppliers informed. Regular updates attract new partners, provide critical information, and save you valuable time. Here’s how to share a status update for your project.
Step 1: Go to MY Projects page.

Step 2: Click the name of the project you want to update.

Step 3: In the project details area, click Post Update in the upper right corner.

Step 4: Enter the details for your update. This could include site walk info, changes in bid due dates, reminders, awarded status, bid form reminders, or addendum information.

Step 5: Select who will receive the update. Choose from all companies receiving ITB's or those who have viewed your project. Both options exclude companies that marked your project as "not bidding."

Step 6: Click Send to share the update.
