How to access and update your company profile page.
To access your company Profile on PlanHub, log into your PlanHub account and go to the My Company page.
Navigate to the Company Profile section. Here you can review your company information.
**Note**
Your Company Profile is visible to General Contractors and they can and do review this information as part of considering and bids you submit. To put your best foot forward, you should be filling in as much information in the Company Profile as possible.
Only the Team members on your account who have Admin access can make changes to the Company Profile.
The Company profile consists of four sections.
1. Basic Information: Logo, Banner, Supplier Type, Company Name, Description, and Company Website.
2. Address: Street address, City, State, and Zip Code. Subcontractors and General contractors use this information to help identify the Suppliers within a certain area.
3. Business Profile: Includes additional details about your company. Many times, General Contractors may with to know this information or may be required to know this information about your company by the client.
4. Trades and Regions: General Contractors and Subcontractors search by trades and regions when looking for Suppliers. Make sure you are seen by selecting the right trades and regions covered.
**Important**
This also impacts the Trades and Regions settings available to your individual team members in PlanHub for the Invitation to Bid email settings. Please make sure your selections here represent your Company's full Trade and Service areas for best results.
If you need to update your Company Profile but do not have Admin access, please contact your account's Admin.
