Step 5: Select the Awarding GC
Next, select the awarding general contractor from the list, then click Save to update the project’s status.

Step 6: Convert to Job Board (if Purchased)
If your company has purchased the Job Board Add-On feature, click Convert to Job on the project card to begin tracking progress and assigning job tasks to your field team.

Step 7: Notify Your Suppliers and relevant parties
Let your suppliers know you’ve won the project. Confirm with them the scope of work, contract requirements, schedule expectations, and collect relevant insurance documents or pre-qualification documents needed for the project.
