Subcontractors | How to Add and Remove Team Members

Manage your subcontractor team’s access within planHub with ease by adding or removing users as your business needs evolve. To maintain account security and proper oversight, these actions are restricted to administrators only. Follow the steps below to update your team members accordingly.

 

Step 1: Log into your planHub subcontractor account as the administrator.

Step 2: In the main panel, on the left side, select Team.

Step 3: Click the green Add Team Member button with the plus sign at the upper right corner.

Step 4: In the pop-up window, enter the new team member's previously unregistered email address.

Step 5: Select the new team member's role.

Step 6: Click Invite to send the invitation email.

Step 7: If a red pop-up window appears and states that the email ID already exists, this means that the user's email has been previously registered. Step 8: On the Team page, view the top-right corner. If you see an orange button labeled: “Add More Seats” with a lock icon. This indicates your current plan has reached its user limit. On a paid account, contact your Account Manager to quickly expand your team and ensure uninterrupted collaboration. On a Free Basic account, contact our Customer Support Team. To Remove a Team Member:

Step 1: When logged into the administrator account in planHub, view the Remove User option at the bottom of the contact card.

Step 2: Next, confirm your choice in the pop-up window by clicking Yes or click Cancel.

Managing your team members ensures the right people have access to the tools and information they need, improving coordination and helps protect your account by removing unnecessary access, keeping your projects secure and your team running efficiently.
