How to access and utilize the Project Specific feature in of the PlanHub Directory to see who has been invited to bid on your project, and send out more invites
You can use the Project Specific Directory to review and connect with the companies that were invited to bid on your project, and invite more companies to bid on your project. This can help you grow the number of bids, expand your network, and quickly communicate with your invitees.
To access the Project Specific Directory, go to the Project Overview, in the "Activity And Status Tracking" tab. Click on the Directory prompt next to the search bar.
The Project Specific Directory will open in a new tab and automatically filter to the contacts invited to bid or shown activity on your project. In the Search and Filters bar to the left, you can quickly search for a particular company using the search bar.
Filter your results by Company type, Subcontractor, or Supplier.
Use the "Filter trades by bid coverage" to quickly filter your contact by the Trades, with 0 bids, 1-2 bids, 3+ bids. This can help you identify which trades you may want to focus your efforts on, and possibly send out more invites for.
Further down the Search tools, you have options to filter your results by contact activity, Certifications, Qualifications, and location.
If you would like to see who has not received an ITB and send them an invitation to bid, use the toggle above the Search bar. With this filter in place, each Company Card has a "Send ITB" button you can click to invite them to bid on this project.
Use the notes button to take notes for your team members to see (these notes are private, so only your account's users can see them).
