Step 1: Complete Your Company Profile

Fill out all sections, highlighting experience, services, licenses, projects, and team info to stand out.

 

Step 2: Fill Out Pre-Qualifications

Complete the pre-qualification form thoroughly to increase bid opportunities.

 

Step 3: Set Notifications and Invitations

Go to Notifications in Account Settings. Turn on preferred alerts.

Update invitation and keyword preferences for targeted project matches.

 

Step 4: Create Saved Searches and Use Keyword Search

In Project Finder, set filters by location, trade, and date, then save and name your searches.

Use live keyword search with your filters to narrow your search results, assist in qualifying projects, and find the most relevant results.

 

Step 5: Organize Projects

Save or archive projects for easy tracking. Saved projects appear on your Bid Board for contractor visibility, and it makes it easier for the GC to spot you on the posting as a bidder before the bid due date.

Archive projects to stop getting emails about the project, and clean up your Project Finder prospective projects.

 

Step 6: Qualify and Review Projects Before Bidding

Review project details, files, and instructions. Save those you’re interested in.

 

Step 7: Connect with General Contractors

Access the General Contractor contact info and reach out early. Check competition using market data.

 

Step 8: Manage Tasks and Submit Bids

Use the workspace for team notes and assignments

Utilize all this information to customize your bid in order to stand out. When you're ready, submit your bid directly through the platform. Make it clear, competitive, and complete — that’s what gets you noticed.

 

Step 9: Track and Organize with Bid Board

Keep all projects and activities in one place, use filters, and bulk actions to manage efficiently.

 

Step 10: Track Bids and Follow Up

Use Track Bid to monitor status and send reminders.
