PlanHub’s Bid Planner for Suppliers: Staying Organized and On Track.  This tutorial explains how PlanHub’s Bid Planner streamlines your project-management workflow, helping your entire supplier team stay organized and efficient.

 

Getting Started in Bid Planner

Once you or your teammates save or import a project or lead in PlanHub, it’ll instantly appear in the Bid Planner. This keeps all your jobs in one convenient view so you never miss a thing.

Searching and Filtering Projects

Use the Search bar to look up a specific project by name. To see which projects are assigned to a particular team member, filter your view with the Team Member options. This way, you can always pinpoint the jobs most relevant to you or your colleagues.

Managing Project Status and Assignments

To track where each project stands use the status tabs and update the status using the status options.

When it’s time to delegate, assign projects directly to team members with the Assign to options.

Assigning will prompt you to send a direct message, plus you can opt to notify the teammate by email as well. This ensures everyone stays informed and knows what’s next.
