For General Contractors

A refreshed project posting experience. The New GC Layout continues to roll out with a streamlined posting flow. You can now upload your contact list directly during posting, and contacts saved in your directory without an address are included automatically rather than being filtered out by distance. Project names are now captured up front so your projects are easier to find and reference later.

Bulk outreach from Trades & Bidders. Send emails to multiple trades and bidders without leaving the tab, with a personalized banner available in the bulk send overlay.

Better bid tracking from your inbox. Bids arriving by email can now be captured automatically and matched to the right project, with the proposal file attached and a direct link from Trades & Bidders to the full bid record. Hover any email-captured bid to see its current status at a glance.

Improved reporting. Your Activity Tracker download now includes the source of each invitation and whether the bidder received the ITB.

For Subcontractors

Work with drawings page by page. In the file viewer you can now download an individual page on its own, and send single pages straight to Takeoff without restrictions. Downloading is also clearer and quicker to use.

Go/No-Go and Ask AI are available to more members. Basic and Free Trial subscribers can opt in to the beta and try both features. Highlights and citations have a refreshed look that makes AI-sourced answers easier to scan and verify.

More context on every project. The project details card now shows when a project was posted. When several general contractors post the same project, you'll see the earliest posting date so you can judge timing accurately.

Clearer coverage information. When a project falls outside your standard service area, the coverage banner now shows the radius you've purchased rather than the distance to the project. You can also override distance and ZIP Code filters on Project Finder to search beyond your usual radius.

For Suppliers

Lead Finder export improvements. Exports now include the project description and your most recent note on each lead, so your working context travels with the file.

Updated lead alert emails. Saved search alert emails have a cleaner format that makes new matching projects easier to scan.

Upcoming Supplier Updates

A new account management area. Manage your company profile, business details, trades and regions, address, notification preferences, and subscription and payment information from one place. Team Members now supports adding colleagues, assigning admin permissions, and viewing available seats for your plan, with sorting and search across your team.

Messaging Center. A single place for your conversations, organized by tabs with search, threading, attachments, and controls to mute, block, or mark unread.

Connections. Follow the companies you work with, manage who you follow, message them directly, and filter your list by group.

 

Across the platform

This month also included ongoing refinements to search accuracy, filtering behavior, notification delivery, and page performance during peak hours, alongside a range of interface polish across Project Finder, the project details page, and bid management.
