Network | Company Profiles & Tools

PlanHub’s Network tools streamline how you manage relationships and information about general contractors. With the Directory Add-on for your Subcontractor Premier subscription, you can view detailed company profiles, keep detailed notes, track bids, and maintain complete records of your interactions.

Explore and Organize Company Profiles with PlanHub’s Network Tools

Viewing a General Contractor’s Profile

Step 1: Navigate to the Network page in PlanHub and click on a general contractor’s company name to open their profile.

You’ll see their company and contact details at the top of their profile.


Exploring Team Members

Step 1: In the Team Members section, review registered users from the company and add more team members (even if they are not registered) as needed.

 


Checking Project Activity and Interactions

Step 1: In the Activity Feed, you can see two tabs: Projects and Interactions.

 

The Projects tab lists jobs the contractor has posted.

The Interactions tab tracks all communications you and your team have had with them inside PlanHub, keeping your collaboration history in one place.

 


Analytics

Step 1: In the Analytics section, review stats on the projects the contractor has posted—broken down by value, construction type, and building use.

Step 2: Examining Bid Performance

  • Go to the Bids tab to check your bid win rate and related analytics with this General Contractor in PlanHub: how many bids submitted, how many awarded, and your success rate with this contractor.


Using the Workspace

Step 1: Access the Workspace on each general contractor’s profile, where your team can add notes, assign tasks, and attach documents—visible only to your company’s users.

  • Use it to track interactions and manage your relationship history, even if some events happened outside PlanHub.

 


Custom Tags

Step 1: Click on a company’s name to open their card.

  • Use the Edit icon to add or update tags.

  • Choose existing tags or create new ones, and assign multiple tags to help organize and label the companies you work with.

Managing Connections

Step 1: Click on the Follow button to add this company to your Connections page
Step 2: Navigate to the Connections tab to see a list of all your connections.


PlanHub’s Network tools keep you and your team organized by centralizing essential company details, bid analytics, collaborative notes, and team tasks. Make full use of these features to keep your business relationships strong and your internal communication and tracking clear.
