Accessing Lead Finder

Step 1: Click Lead Finder at the top of your dashboard. In the menu, select Leads to view current opportunities.


Browsing and Filtering Leads

Step 1: Use the Search bar and Advanced Filter options to find leads that match your criteria. Sort by location, project type, or any field shown in the filter bar.

Step 2: Review the filtered list of leads below for a quick overview of available opportunities.

 


Managing Lead Details

Step 1: Click a lead from the list to open a summary panel with essential project details.

Step 2: In the Panel to the right are the initial basic details about the lead. For more information, select Details & Notes to view information and add notes.

Step 3: On the Project Lead Details page, scroll through specific information such as project overview, expected trades, and key dates. Use this information to help you vet this lead.

Tip: At the bottom is the trades, select View All to see a complete list of trades.

Step 4: In the Contact Details area, click View all to access additional contacts.

Step 5: Review the map to confirm the project’s location.

Step 6: Use the Notes section to review and record reminders, comments, or updates for your team. Set Follow-Up Notifications and due dates so you never miss a key opportunity.

 

Step 7: Organize your workflow by saving the lead to your Bid Planner, sharing with teammates, or archiving leads no longer being pursued.

  • Review leads frequently to stay updated on new opportunities.

  • Jot down notes and schedule follow-ups to keep your process organized.

  • Archive completed or irrelevant leads to keep your workspace clean.
