Lead Finder for Suppliers
Lead Finder helps you discover early-stage leads and get your products specified before projects go out for bidding. The Lead Finder acts as a project lead database. These are usually projects in the budgeting and planning stages, giving you the chance to get your products specified in plans upfront.

Leads
Important Note:
These leads have no documents attached since they’re early in planning, and outreach should be treated as cold contacts. PlanHub’s research team compiles these leads for your outreach.
Step 1: Click Lead Finder at the top of your dashboard.
Step 2: Choose Leads from the options.

Step 3: Use the search and filter tools to narrow down leads.

Step 3.1: Type a project or contact name in the search box to find matching leads.

Step 3.2: Apply advanced filters to target leads that fit your products.

Trades, sub-trades
Location (region or ZIP code)
Step 4: Save and title your favorite filter sets for quick access later.

Name the filter and click Save.


Step 4.1: Access saved filters by clicking Manage Filters—apply them as needed.

Step 4.2: Reset filters if you want to clear all selections.

Tip: Large filter resets might take extra time to reload results.

Step 5: Turn on alerts to be notified when new leads match your filter set. Toggle Set Alert on and click Proceed.

Step 6: Export your filtered leads for outreach. Click Export Projects in the top right corner.

You’ll get an Excel file (up to 10,000 projects per export).

Leads List
Scroll below your search and filters to see your filtered leads listed below the search bar.

Step 1: Sort leads by creation date, update date, name, status, location, or expected bid due date.

Step 2: Click a lead to view summary info on the right—status updates, project overview, contacts, location, building use, GC, and estimated value.


Step 3: For detailed info, click Details or Notes.

Step 3.1: View everything PlanHub has gathered on the lead: expected trades, contacts, and locations.

Step 4: Take action from the sidebar—add notes, schedule follow-ups, save leads to your Bid Planner, share with your team, or archive leads.

Contacts View
Find leads by contact name or type:
Step 1: Click on Lead Finder and select Contacts in the options.

Step 2: Search contacts by name, title, company, organization type, location, email, or phone number.

Step 3: Scroll to view contact results. Click View Associated Projects on any contact for matching leads.

Step 3.1: If active leads exist for the contact, you’ll see their projects.
