Download the app to manage your invitations to bid from your phone and on the go.
You can download PlanHub's ITB Inbox for Subcontractors in the App Store or the Play Store.
Once downloaded, log in using your Planhub username and password.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your ITB inbox, and any ITBs you have received but have not responded to will be listed in the inbox.
- Click on a project's name to view more details and download files.
- Click on the "Save" button to save the project and move it to your Saved tab.
- Click the "Not Interested" button to remove this from your inbox.
- You can also swipe up to move on to the next ITB without saving or removing
When you click on a project's name to get more details, in the app you can access the:
- Overview: Basic project information and a list of the trades you provide that match up with the trades the General Contractor wants bids for.
- Files: Project files uploaded by the General Contractor
- General Contractor: The General Contractor(s) that have posted this project.
- You can also click the "Save" or "Not Interested buttons inside the project.
- To get back to your ITB Inbox, click the back arrow at the top left.
When viewing the project files tab, you can download the files to your devices for viewing:
- Click on the file and click Download
When viewing the General Contractor tab, you can use the buttons connected to each GC to call, message, or follow a General Contractor.
Use the pages menu at the bottom of your Screen to get to your Messages Center. In the Messages Center, you can quickly view and respond to messages from General Contractors in PlanHub. Messages are organized
Project: The project the message was sent from.
General: Messages initiated from outside a project, such as the directory.
Use the pages menu at the bottom of your Screen to get to your App "Settings". Here you can view your "Profile" and edit your "Notifications".
