This article will walk you through how to add subcontractor or supplier emails to your network.
As a General Contractor on PlanHub, you can manage and expand your network of Subcontractors and Suppliers. In this article, you will learn how to quickly add your network of Subcontractors and Suppliers to grant them free access to your chosen project posting on PlanHub.
What you will need:
- A list of your Subcontractors and Suppliers' emails in a .CSV file (commonly produced via Excel or Google Sheet)
- You only need to provide the email addresses in a list in column A, no other contact details are needed.
- Up to 10,000 emails per upload
- We will scan this list and add any emails that are on your list and are already registered to PlanHub to your network and grant them free access to your postings based on your selections when posting the project.
- Any emails that are not already registered will receive an email from you inviting them to register their free PlanHub account and bid on the projects you invite them to for free.
Uploading/adding to your Network
Upload a list to add subcontractors/suppliers to your in-network, which grants them free lifetime access to your chosen projects.
You can upload your network list as part of your Project Posting Process, on the Dashboard page, or the Directory page:
Project Posting Process:
In step labeled "Invite & Finish" find the section labeled "Who receives ITBs" and locate the "Add Email Address" section with the option to upload your file. You can drag and drop your file into the box or click on "Browse" to add your list of subcontractors.
If you do not have a document, you can enter the emails into the field labeled "You can also enter emails here"
Dashboard:
Click on "Upload your sub list" on the Dashboard in the upper-right hand corner. Then drag and drop in the popup window or click on Browser to upload your list.

Directory:
In the Directory page, you can click on the "Upload your sub list" button. Then drag and drop in the popup window or click on Browser to upload your list.
If you do not have a document, you can enter the emails into the field labeled "You can also enter emails here"
Once added, an email will be sent notifying them that :
- They have been added to your PlanHub network (if they already have an account)
- or
- Inviting them to create their Free PlanHub account so they can access projects you invite them to for free in the future.
