How To Track Your Bids & Get Feedback
This guide walks you through viewing submitted bids, updating statuses, requesting feedback, and reviewing bid statistics—all using the bid-tracking tools showcased in the video.
Summary:
Track and manage your bids in PlanHub to stay organized, get real-time feedback, and improve your win rate.
Step 1: Open your Bid Board to see all your projects and their statuses.

Step 2: In the Submitted column, find the project you're interested in and click Track Bid.

Step 3: The bid tracking panel appears, showing your bid’s current status (like Submitted, Reviewing, Under Consideration, or Awarded).

Step 4: Watch as your bid progresses through different statuses. These updates are in real-time if the General Contractor manages the bid in PlanHub.

Step 5: If you find out the bid’s outcome by phone or email, manually update the status by dragging and dropping the bid into a new position (such as Won or Lost).

Step 6: Enter additional details if prompted: the trade you bid, your bid amount, and the awarding General Contractor.

Step 7: Use the envelope icon to request feedback directly from the General Contractor.
Keep your Bid Board up to date. Manually update outcomes when necessary to ensure accurate bid stats and organized records.

Step 8: To see feedback from the General Contractor, open Track Bid for the project, select the relevant trade, then view the feedback column.

Review Bid Performance Stats
