# Supplier | How To Send PlanHub Project Files Into Takeoff
## Learn how Suppliers can send the PlanHub projects files into PlanHub's takeoff tools
As you get invited to bid on projects in PlanHub you may need to utilize the Takeoff tools in PlanHub.
To do this navigate to the Project's Details page and select the Project Files tab.
In the list of Project files you can send a **full** document into the Takeoff tool quickly by click on the "Start Takeoff" option
Performing a search can help you narrow down the documentation, find the right pages, and save you time.
If you would like to scan the project files to find those that refer to your interests you can use the Keyword Search tools to narrow the list of project files.
Use the Keyword Search tool by entering the page name, plan name, or any product name variance that aligns with what you are looking for in the search bar or use the [Advanced Search.](https://knowledgebase.planhub.com/knowledge/supplier-how-to-perform-and-save-an-advanced-keyword-search-in-planhub?hsLang=en)
If you would like to view these pages in the File Viewer and select specific pages to to send to the Takeoff tool click on the File Viewer Icon for the document you wish to preview.
In the File Viewer you can peform [Advanced Keyword Searches](https://knowledgebase.planhub.com/knowledge/supplier-how-to-perform-and-save-an-advanced-keyword-search-in-planhub?hsLang=en) to help you find the pages you need, once found you can send individual pages into the Takeoff tools by clicking on the "Send to Takeoff" option in the top righthand corner.
In the dropdown select the option to "Export Current Page" if you wish to send the page you are currently viewing in the files viewer
Once the export of a page is complete the File viewwer will reload, you can navigate to the next page you want in the takeoff tools and follow the prevouse steps to send it into the takeoff tool or you can navigate tot the page you already sent and select the option in the "Send to Takeoff" drop-down menu to "Open page in Takeoff".
The Takeoff will open in a new tab
If you want all pages from this document in the takeoff tool select the option to "Export File".
In the Takeoff tools select the page you wish to work on in the Pages menu to the left, set your [Scale ](https://knowledgebase.planhub.com/knowledge/how-to-set-a-scale-in-the-takeoff-tool?hsLang=en)and start your Takeoff.
