How To Save and Archive Projects
Staying organized while tracking bid opportunities in PlanHub boosts your chances of landing more work. Here’s how to save and archive projects on PlanHub, so you can keep track of projects on your bid board and quiet the noise of projects you are not bidding.
Step 1: Log in to PlanHub and open the Project Finder view.
Step 2: Browse active projects. To save a project, click the Save icon next to its listing.

Step 3: To see more project details, click any project name. You’ll land on the Project Details page.
Step 4: On the Project Details page, either click the Save icon in the header or select Intend to Bid at the bottom. Both actions save the project to your Bid Board.

Step 5: After saving, the project automatically moves from your Project Finder to your Bid Board. That keeps your view focused on opportunities that matter most.

Step 1: If you’re NOT interested in bidding on a project, click the Archive icon in the Project Finder.

Step 2: The project moves to your archived projects list, and notifications are turned off for it. To see these, open filters and choose Archived.

Step 3: If you want to bring an archived project back, click the Recover icon or the Save icon.

Step 4: From the Project Details page, you can also archive a project by clicking Not Interested at the bottom of the page.

Step 1: To make sure all invites get your response, open the ITBs tab. Here, use the same Save and Archive options to organize your bid pipeline.

Staying current with saved projects on PlanHub keeps you visible to general contractors and helps you hit every bid deadline with confidence.
