Supplier | How to Cancel your Paid Subscription

How to cancel a paid subscription with PlanHub and stop future renewals.

To view and manage your subscription, go to "My Company".

 

Select the "Subscription" section. 

 

Click on "Manage Plan".

and select "Cancel Subscription"

 

Tell us why you're leaving, and you'll confirm your cancellation on the next step.

 

You will maintain access until the end of the current term.

 

Notice the Plan Status will change to "Pending Cancellation" for the remainder of the term, and your account will revert to the free Basic plan on the End Date listed.
