How to Archive/Close (Delete) a Free Basic, Free Essentials or Free Trial planHub Account

If you're using a Free Basic (Subs/Suppliers), Free Essentials (GCs) or Free Trial planHub account and your company no longer needs access, you can request that your account be archived/closed.

If you no longer wish to use your Free Basic (Subs/Suppliers), Free Essentials planHub account (General Contractors) or Free Trial (all users) planHub account, please note that there is currently no self-service option to delete or close an account from within the platform.

Requesting closure/archiving (deletion) of your company planHub account:

To close/archive your Free Basic, Essentials, or Free Trial planHub account, you will need to contact Customer Support directly. For available support options, please refer to the Knowledge Base article, click here: How to Contact PlanHub Customer Support

Before Requesting Account Closure/Archiving you may want to adjust your email notification settings if your primary concern is receiving too many emails. 

Option 1: Reduce Email Notifications

planHub offers several notification preferences that can help reduce the number of emails you receive while still keeping you informed about relevant opportunities.

Subcontractors:
