How To Add Or Change Your Phone Number on your Supplier Account

Keeping your profile information current by updating your phone number increases your contacts ability to reach you and helps you stay connected on the planHub platform.

Step 1: Navigate to the upper right corner of the webpage and locate your company’s logo.

Step 2: Click on the company logo to view the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Next, click on My Account to navigate to the user account page.

Step 4: On the account page, find the first phone number box labeled Office.

Step 5: Click inside the phone number box and enter your current office phone number.

Step 6: After entering the phone number, click outside the box to save.

Step 7: A green pop-up window will appear in the upper right corner to confirm the phone number has been saved.

Step 8: To update an existing phone number, select and delete the current number.

Step 9: Enter the new phone number, then click outside the box to save changes.

Step 10: To add an additional phone number, click inside the second phone number box marked as Other.

Step 11: Enter the additional phone number and click outside the box to save.

Step 12: Once saved, you’ll see a green confirmation pop-up in the top right corner and your updated phone number(s) will be visible in your profile.
