How To Add A Team Member To Your Company Profile- General Contractors

Keep your company profile up-to-date by adding team members who need access to your company’s planHub account. Follow these steps to invite a new team member and manage their roles efficiently.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the Team page on the left side of the main panel. Click Team to open your team settings.

Step 2: View the list of current team members with access to your company account.

Step 3: In the upper right corner, click the Add Team Member icon or button. If the the Add Team Member button is not green and appears locked, please contact your Account Manager directly or Customer Support. Step 4: In the pop-up window, enter the new team member’s email address.

Step 5: Select the appropriate role for your new team member below the email field.

Step 6: If this team member should be a company admin, check the box next to "This person is a company admin."

Step 7: Click Invite to send the invitation, or select Cancel if you want to cancel.

 

Step 8: To resend an invite to a user who hasn’t responded, click Resend Request at the bottom of their contact card.

 

Step 9: Instruct your team members to check their company email and accept the invite to complete registration. If they can’t find the email, advise them to check their email spam or junk folders.
