How to Add Your Company as the General Contractor on an Existing planHub Project
Get Added to an existing Project! Follow the steps below to quickly associate your company with an existing planHub project and begin managing invitations, project information, and bidder activity.
If the project is already listed on planHub but your company is not associated with it as the General Contractor, you have two options:
Option 1: Request to Be Added to the Existing Project

Email the project name, location, and the project contact details along with the PDF plans and specifications to PostMyProject@planhub.com, and planHub will add your company to the existing project.
Option 2: Post the Project Yourself
Post the project from your planHub General Contractor account and send Invitations to Bid (ITBs) to subcontractors and suppliers.
