Step 1: Navigate to the Settings option in the main panel on the left side of the page.

Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 3: At the top of the page, select the Subscription tab.

Step 4: In the upper right corner, open the Manage Plan dropdown menu by clicking the down arrow.

Step 5: Scroll down to the Cancel Subscription option and select it from the drop-down menu. If it is grayed out, please contact your Account Manager to discuss.

Step 6: A pop-up window will appear requesting your feedback. Choose the option that best describes your reason for cancellation, then click Next.

Step 7: Review the details in the next window, including your subscription’s expiration date and what changes will occur.

Step 8: After reviewing, click Confirm to finalize your cancellation request.

Step 9: View your plan status which will update to Pending Cancellation for the remainder of your current term. On the end date listed, your account will switch to the free basic plan with limited access.

Note: If you want to reverse your cancellation, contact your Account Manager to discuss your options or contact customer support. To contact Customer Support, view the Knowledge Base article titled: How to Contact PlanHub Customer Support

Canceling your paid subscription will stop renewal billing, and you’ll continue to have access through the end of your current service term. Please review the terms and conditions, including the applicable cancellation deadlines.
