Accessing Subcontractor Prequalification Forms

How General Contractors can access Subcontractor prequalification forms in planHub. Prequalification forms help you screen subcontractors, reduce project risk, and select reliable partners during the bidding process. Follow these steps to quickly find, review, and download the subcontractor prequalification forms from your general contractor account.


 

Accessing Subcontractor Prequalification via Network Directory

Step 1: Select Network from the main panel in your workspace.

Step 2: Click on the PlanHub tab.

Step 3: Find and click on a subcontractor's company name to open their company profile page.

Step 4: In the company profile, navigate to the section under Business Profile labeled Prequalification.

Step 5: Click the View Prequalification link.

Step 6: Review the prequalification form to see company details, licenses, certifications, project history, safety, and bonding information. Take note of any requirements specific to your project as you review each form.

Accessing Prequalification Forms via My Projects

Step 1: Click My Projects within the Workspace in the main panel.

Step 2: Select the project you want to review.

Step 3: From the project page, click the Trades and Bidders tab. 

Step 4: Expand the trades window for the subcontractor you want to review.

Step 5: Select the subcontractor and click on their company name.

Step 6: On the profile page, find the Business Profile section, select View Prequalification.

Step 7: Then, to download the prequalification form, click the Download Prequalification PDF button in the upper left corner on the Prequalification Form page.

 

Quick access to prequalification forms allows you to validate subcontractors, minimize risk, and move forward with greater confidence. Leverage these tools within your General Contractor planHub account to identify and select the best partners for your projects.
